Up for sale is my Mini Cooper S Clubman in Chili Red with Black roof & mirror caps and Piano Black interior trim, in my opinion the best colour combination! 2 owners from new (lady owner before me), comes with all the usual Cooper S extras; a/c, half leather interior, multi-function sports steering wheel, multi-coloured mood lighting, self levelling xenons, headlight wash, sports suspension, sports button, cruise control, aux in... The car is still in manufacturers' warranty with the cam chain and tensioner being replaced under warranty only last month (common fault affecting all Cooper S' and not a cheap job out of warranty!). Just booked the car in for the 2nd March to have the turbo coolant pump recall sorted too. It also had a full set of discs and pads all round late last year and with 12k till the next free (TLC) service, it should give you well over a year of free motoring.
Over the course of owning the car i've fitted the latest Gen. 2 JCW front bumper including brake ducts (standard Cooper S bumper will also come with the car), JCW door sill trims, I've lowered it 20mm with Eibach springs (rides better than the standard car does with run flat tyres and looks a million times better) It also comes with the highly sort after JCW R109 split rims with Falken tyres (loads of tread left), in a one off colour combination of gloss black with a polished rim (cost nearly £2000 from Mini, and thats without tyres!). Comes with two sets of genuine Mini mats (rubber & carpet). I've also fitted the latest 2011 facelift side scuttles along with a few other subtle styling bits and bobs. Has been clay bar'd and waxed twice yearly since i've owned it. I don't think you'll find a better looking Clubman!
The car has been 100% reliable for the 2 years i've owned it, including 2 trips to the Alps (where most of the photos in the ad have been taken). I'd go as far as to say it's the best car i've ever owned, the rear doors offer amazing practicality and the leg room in back for passengers is loads better than the hatch (plus you get the cool suicide door!). Only reason for the low price is i bought it as a cat D with minor cosmetic damage and had it professionally repaired (no hidden history unlike most out there!) market value is over 13k without the JCW parts, so a genuine bargain. A full inspection is welcome, Mini gave it a full bill of health last month with a printout to prove and has no outstanding finance on HPI. I'm just west of Derby not far from the A38 and about 15 mins from the M1/A50 junction, I work from home so i'm around all day for viewing or if you want to chat about the car. *Updated* The car was previously offered with 2 sets of wheels, the winter wheels it's on at the moment will now be removed and sold at a later date and the 18" wheels fitted, the car will be available in the current spec for just a couple more weeks before i start to put it back to standard by replacing the 18" wheels and bumper.
